		<description>It is so weird that you have the exact same thoughts about running that I do. I don&#039;t really do it for sport. It&#039;s a spiritual thing. It&#039;s nature. It&#039;s listening to my body and to God. It&#039;s talking to myself....working things out. 

Talking about joy, lately the verse that has been repeating itself in my head is &quot;the joy of the Lord is my strength&quot;. The simplicity of strength is what struck me about that. My strength is simply found in the joy of the Lord. Sounds so easy. 

Keep running, Shelley! I just ran tonight! I praise God continually as I watch my shadow run beside me. I have legs!! And they can run! I&#039;m so grateful!
